Kourabies

Kourabies is the most traditional Greek sweet together with melomakarona. Once again a must sweet for the Christmas holidays. A  handmade treat made of the purest ingredients like butter, flour and powder sugar. Named after the Turkish Kurabiye which means cookie. And as Greek people say it is powdered with sugar as if it was to be covered with snowflakes!
