We are dedicated to delivering fresh and high-quality food products to our valued customers. However, if you receive a product with a quality issue or defect, you are eligible for a refund. Please note:
- Refunds are available only if the product has a problem affecting its quality or safety.
- You may choose to either dispose of or keep the product, and a full refund will be processed accordingly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.
