Quite a difficult one to pronounce, Galaktoboureko (Greek: γαλακτομπούρεκο) is a Greek traditional dessert you will fall in love with. Translating into "milk burek", a traditional sweet made in a pan. Handmade crispy phyllo sheets filled with semolina custard and then covered in syrup!
