Hilopites are traditional Greek pasta in the form of small squares or short tagliatelle. A simple recipe of flour, eggs, milk, and salt creates this tasty pasta. Traditionally made by hand even though nowadays many make them by a machine. Chatzi hilopites are proudly handmade. Eaten with baked chicken in red sauce or with oil and cheese, or with soups.
